Introduction: Academic Agility refers to the notion that the need for improvement never ceases and modern standards are tomorrow's outdated methods. To achieve the Agility every organization needs a set of tools that are called Enablers. Methods: The purpose of this research is to identify the Agility Enablers of universities by qualitative method. Instrument is a semi-structured interview. The statistical population was the members of the board of directors of the public universities of Tehran. Using a proposing sampling method, ten of them were selected for interview and data were analyzed by content analysis method. Results: Factors of the model are: formation of knowledge-based organization, rules and procedures, agile workforce, organization culture, information technology, cooperation, team work, renovation capability, management, future studies, financial capabilities, Evolution in educational curriculum and planning, independence. Conclusions: Based on the present research, three factors consist of futures studies, financial capabilities and evolution in educational curriculum and planning, were identified for the first time as Agility Enablers in universities that enriching the literature and can applied to Agility in universities.

The purpose of this study was to investigate Agility Enablers in ten public universities in Tehran. This study used survey research method to investigate the application of Agility Enablers in public universities in Tehran. The statistical population included the faculty members of ten public universities in Tehran, and using stratified random sampling method, the sample size was calculated to be 354. Data collection tool was a researcher-made questionnaire, and statistical analysis was done using one-sample ttest. The results of one-sample t-test showed that formation of knowledge-based organization is an insignificant factor, and its mean is close to average. Therefore, the rate of application of Agility Enablers in the studied universities is not in a favorable condition and only for information technology Enablers, a better situation compared to other factors was reported. The results showed that these universities in terms of directing dissertations towards value creation and wealth creation, commercialization of scientific ideas, leading professors from translation to creativity, using faculty members' opinions for development, processing of raw products and Value-added, the establishment of knowledge-based organizations, and the provision of government research needs by the university are nearaverage.

The purpose of this research was to study the relationship between organizational excellence Enablers and organizational Agility capabilities. The statistical population included 1745 faculty members at Universities in Isfahan. A sample of 312 participants was selected using random stratified sampling method. Two questionnaires of EFQM (2010) with 25 items and organizational Agility capabilities with 25 items developed based on Zhang and Sharifi’s (2000) theory were utilized in this study. The reliability coefficients of the questionnaires were estimated to be a=0.93 and a=0.92 respectively. The data was analyzed using inferential statistics (correlation coefficient, multivariate stepwise regression). The results of correlational and regression analyses suggested that the best predictors of organizational Agility capabilities were people, processes, products & services, leadership, partnership, resources, and strategy.

The aim of current study is to make a comparative investigation of Agility variables in manufacturing sector and hotel services sector and determines the weights of these variables in order to create the best distinction between the two sectors in terms of Agility. Therefore, in this study the Agility variables of manufacturing firm were extracted from the literature and then was examined in agile hotels to be determined whether these variables in the agile hotels are considering as well as the agile manufacturing companies or not. The sample included active manufacturing companies located in the Toos industrial estate and three, four and five-star hotels in Mashhad. For collecting data were used through two questionnaire. Data were collected from Stratified sampling method. Also the questionnaires collected was analyzed with MANOVA, independent – samples t test and discriminant analysis. Finally, according to the results of this study, it was found that there is a significant difference between the averages vector of Agility variables in two groups. The variables that were causing these differences include continuing education, changing culture, cooperation, responsiveness, flexibility, speed and competency that theirs averages in hotels were more than averages in manufacturing companies. Also, combining the continuous education variable of determination and flexibility variable with specific coefficient, create the highest distinction between the hotels and manufacturing firms in terms of Agility.

Delphi method has been used to determine the Agility components (triggers, capabilities and empowerment). The statistical population consists of all the employees of the four mining industry sectors of Sangan Iron Ore, Gol Gohar, Chogarat and Chadormalo Complex in the mining industry of Iran. The number of employees at the time of the research was 3262. Using Cochran's formula, 399 people were selected as sample population by stratified sampling method. Content validity method was used to determine the validity of the questionnaire and the reliability of the questionnaire used in this study was evaluated using Cronbach's alpha coefficient. In this research, the reliability coefficient of organizational Agility inventory questionnaire, organizational Agility capabilities inventory and organizational Agility capacity empowerment questionnaire based on Cochran formula were obtained 95%, (91%) and (93%) respectively. The results show a significant relationship between the dimensions of organizational Agility drivers, organizational Agility capabilities and organizational Agility Enablers

Meta-synthesis technique is implemented in this study utilizing the seven-step method of Sandelowski and Barroso (2006). After taking the respective steps of this method and upon analyzing various articles, 41 articles are finally inspected and 167 codes are derived. Eventually after categorizing the codes, three groups including Agility consequences, Agility Enablers and Agility drivers, which affect and are affected by agile supply chain, have been introduced to presenting a pattern. Finally, a general concept of competitive advantage for Agility consequences, six concepts of market sensitivity, information/technology integration, flexibility, integration, strategic partnership and leadership for Agility Enablers and five general concepts of economic, market & competition, environment, social and technology for Agility drivers have been identified.

The present Research as “Design Business Agility Dynamic Model in manufacturing organization with dynamic systems approach” was performed. Initially the literature review discussed. The data gathered in this stage provided us with the possibility to present a conceptual framework for the study. Subsequently, through interviewing with experts, some indices for evaluating the variables in the model were identified. On the following stage, a questionnaire was developed. The questionnaire included 116 items, based on a 7-point Likert scale. After determining the validity and reliability of the results of the research revealed that Agility capability, Agility outcomes, and the internal supply chain of the organizations were less affected by environmental factors than Agility Enablers. The environmental drives by means of Agility Enablers, supply chain processes, Agility capabilities and Agility outcomes influence organizations. Then, design Agility Dynamic Model and evaluated effect of changes in environmental drives and Policy of executives on organizational Agility results. After determining the validity and reliability of the results of the research revealed that Agility capability, Agility outcomes, and the internal supply chain of the organizations were less affected by environmental factors than Agility Enablers. Background and Aim: The supply chain for survival in dynamic and changing markets needs a tool that can overcome environmental challenges by its help, Agility is such tool. Therefore, the target of this study was identifying impressive factors of agile supply chain and rank the factors in the dairies industry. Method: In the present study, in order to achieve the goal, through library studies, the initial list of criteria and factors affecting the creation and empowerment of Agility is identified and then this list is completed by exposing to the views and judgments of a suitable set of relevant experts. In the following, these factors have been evaluated using the fuzzy Delphi method in the dairies industry, and in particular in Sabah Company, have been corrected and precised. On the other hand, due to the affecting and being affected of these criteria on each other in the real world, DEMTEL technique was used to evaluate the relationships between them and in order to weigh the indicators, the fuzzy network analysis process model by completing a pairwise comparison questionnaire have been used by experts to find the appropriate solutions for achieving maximum Agility in the supply chain in proportion to the impact of each criterion. Conclusion: The study results showed that the combined approach of DEMATEL technique and fuzzy network analysis process has been selected as a suitable model in this study and based on the acquired results the most important factor in supply chain Agility of Sabah company is the fourth criterion, in other words "customer/sensitivity to market"; Meanwhile, the factor of "customer-oriented products" with a weight of 0. 347 has been selected as the most important sub-criterion. Although this approach has been used in order to investigate the supply chain Agility in the dairies industry but can be easily generalized to any other industry or field.
